About

The Chicago Multicultural Dance Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bettering Chicago’s communities through the creative dance. The organization was founded over 20 years under the leadership of Homer Hans Bryant, an artistic dance committed to creating dance programs that combine neoclassical ballet technique and street dance. Through his teaching, CMDC fosters an environment that promotes diversity through different forms of dance styles and honors traditions promoting multicultural heritage. As of 2020, the organization continues to focus on these concepts through their programs, which are for children from the ages of three and eight in addition to adults.
